What is an IDOC?
- IDoc, short for Intermediate Document, is a SAP format for transferring the data for a business transaction.
- This data transfer can be in both ways, Inward ( to SAP) or Outward ( From SAP to third Party)
Basic Transaction List
WE02:
This will help you to list the IDOC based on the status
WE05:
This will help you to edit the idocs.
WE09:
This will help you to search the idocs with multiple search criteria’s.
BD87:
This is used to reprocess the error idocs
BD73:
If you need to reprocess any IDOC in the foreground then this can be used.
WE19:
To copy one idoc to another use this.
IDOC- STATUS: FOR INBOUND
51: Application document not posted
53: Application document posted
70:Original of an IDoc which was edited
IDOC- STATUS: FOR OUTBOUND
02: Error passing data to port
03: Data passed to port OK
29: Error in ALE service
IDOC-STATUS CHANGES
* To change the status of the IDOC in mass we can use the below progam
RC1_IDOC_SET_STATUS
